On the morning of February 26, 2025, the Vietnam International Trade Fair for Apparel, Textiles, and Textile Technologies (VIATT Vietnam 2025) officially opened at SECC, Ho Chi Minh City. The event gathered representatives from ministries, international organizations, and over 300 exhibitors from 25 countries, along with 12 global industry associations. As a key event in the industry, VIATT 2025 provides a platform for networking, technological advancements, and sustainable development in textiles and design.
Representing VDAS Design Association | HCMC, Ms. Danh Tran – Vice President of VDAS, attended the opening ceremony, reinforcing VDAS’s commitment to promoting and connecting the design community with businesses. She also participated in the "Textile Industry Exchange" panel discussion, where 12 global textile associations explored supply chain strategies, technological trends, and value-added solutions for the industry.
Design Roundtable & Networking #1 – Connecting Design & Textile Industries
As part of VIATT 2025, VDAS & VMARK Vietnam Design Week 2025, in collaboration with Messe Frankfurt, successfully hosted Design Roundtable & Networking #1 on February 27, 2025, at Hall B, SECC. The event welcomed over 200 guests, including industry experts, designers, architects, and businesses in interior design, fashion, and textiles, fostering knowledge exchange and collaboration opportunities.
