On September 14, 2024, the "Where Do Ideas Come From?" seminar featuring designer Felipe Taborda was successfully held at Auditorium A106, attracting nearly 100 students and lecturers from various design disciplines at the University of Architecture Ho Chi Minh City.
Throughout the talk, Felipe Taborda shared valuable insights on the creative process, from the initial concept stage to the final product. He illustrated this journey through his outstanding projects in the fields of film, photography, and graphic design, providing students with a practical and profound perspective on the path of a designer.
Students not only listened but also had the opportunity to ask Taborda directly about the challenges of developing ideas and how to overcome them. The seminar truly inspired the attendees, emphasizing the importance of focusing on core concepts to create unique and valuable design products.
The event was not only a chance to learn from an international expert but also a bridge that connected the community of students and lecturers within the university, fostering creativity and innovation across design fields such as interior design, fashion, graphics, and industrial design.
We hope that in the near future, the University of Architecture Ho Chi Minh City will continue to organize more beneficial activities, providing rich experiences for its students.
